How long will it take for me to see results using The Keto Pro?

This depends on a few different factors like: insulin resistance, what your diet was like prior to starting the plan and your age.

 

Most people would see results within the first week. After a month you should be seeing weight loss up to 14lbs (6.3kg). What payment methods do you support?

We accept electronic bank transfer or PayPal. When you sign up, you’ll be sent an invoice with details on how how to pay.

Can I use the service if I have a medical condition?

You’ll receive a health questionnaire on joining The Keto Pro. There are a limited number of medical conditions that would mean that we wouldn’t be able to work with you.

Should I consult a doctor before starting a health and wellness plan?

You should always consult your doctor before starting any health and wellness or fitness program, whether it’s online or one on one. Your safety is our primary focus at The Keto Pro. It’s important that you fill out the questionnaires we provide honestly regarding any medical conditions, allergies, illnesses or injuries that you have along with any other restrictions that your doctor has discussed with you. There are a limited number of medical conditions that would mean that we wouldn’t be able to work with you

Can I change the package i’m on once i’ve started?

Yes. You can change your package at any time. Get in touch and we can discuss the details of this with you.

How often will i need to exercise?

This will all depend on your level of activity before starting your plan. We recommend not to exercise for at least the first 4 weeks while your body adapts to becoming a fat burning machine. We provide support and guidance on how to introduce exercise as part of all packages.

What if i don’t like the food on my meal plans?

We work closely with you to provide meal plans that you will enjoy. This, after all, is the key to maintaining focus! When you start your plan, we’ll provide you with a list of foods that’ll be included in your meal plans. You have the opportunity to then tell us if there are any particular foods you don’t enjoy the taste of, or of any food allergies. We’ll then take this information and build your meals plans using this information.

 

If after a particular meal you decide you don’t like it, let us know and we’ll know to replace it with something else in the future. The meal plans will only contain whole foods and no processed / convenience foods so please be prepared to eat nutritious vegetables, tasty berries, delicious meat, essential oily fish and healthy fats!

What happens if I don’t stick to my plans?

It’s extremely important to stick to your meal plans. When you set out on the keto road, shifting your body from being a glucose burner to a fat burner, deviations from the tight ratios of fat, proteins and carbohydrates can significantly restrict your progress.

 

If you feel a strong craving, or go to reach for the cookies and ice cream, we want to hear from you there and then! We have specific tactics to help in these situations. We offer unlimited, anytime messaging and we’ll always be on hand to help in times of need.

 

Keto is proven to be transformative. And we take that responsibility seriously. If there’s continued evidence that you’re not committing to the programme and there’s a lack of engagement, then we’ll stop working with you.

How regularly will i need to see The Keto Pro?

You don’t need to see us at all if you don’t want to. We’ve designed our packages to reflect this.
